Chesley

Chesley is a community part of the municipality of Arran-Elderslie. At a time Chesleys main source of Employment was manufacturing with several large Factories in the town but over the years several of these factories have closed up. The main street of Chesley still has a lot going on with several banks having branches in the town as well as a well stocked Grocery store, Hardware store, lawyers offices and the Bijou Theatre.

The Saugeen river flows through the town and there is many great hiking trails along the river and around the park at the Community Center. You don't want to miss the opportunity to hike across the rail trestle on the west side of the town and enjoy the amazing view of the river.
